Rccasino Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules of Use

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between rccasino and its users. By registering, browsing, or using any of rccasino's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Rccasino is an international online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and around the world. We operate under a valid gaming licence.

To open an account with rccasino, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Your name, date of birth, email address, and phone number must be accurate and truthful.
• Each person may only hold one account. Multiple accounts sharing the same IP address, device, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• Information provided at registration may be subject to verification at a later stage. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: rccasino conducts identity verification (KYC) in accordance with regulatory requirements. A copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence may be required before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain threshold.

Users are solely responsible for the security of their accounts. Sharing passwords, or renting or selling accounts, is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on rccasino are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit ৳200.
• Deposits are usually instant — in some cases they may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such transactions will be rejected.

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements attached to a bonus have been fulfilled.
• Rccasino reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

The following rules apply when placing bets in the rccasino Sports Betting section:

• Finality: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where the cash-out feature applies.
• Odds Changes: Bets are accepted at the odds in effect at the time of placement. The original odds apply regardless of any subsequent changes.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or suspended after it has started but before 50% of it has been completed, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Technical Errors: If a system error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, rccasino reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum winnings per single bet vary by category. Please contact support for full details.

In live betting, odds change from moment to moment. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet may shift by the time it is confirmed. In such cases, rccasino may offer the option to accept the new odds or have the bet declined.

All bonuses and promotional offers at rccasino are subject to the following general terms and conditions:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, which must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus applies only once, on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they only become withdrawable once the wagering requirements have been met.
• Using multiple bonuses simultaneously is generally not permitted unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on rccasino:

• Depositing via money laundering or funds obtained illegally.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting betting arbitrage or technical vulnerabilities.
• Depositing using a payment method that belongs to someone else.
• Using hacking tools, viruses, or any malicious software.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

If any of the above activities are proven, rccasino may immediately suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Rccasino accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of a bet or game session due to an internet disconnection.
• Loss caused by faults in third-party software or hardware.
• Loss resulting from a user's negligence in securing their own account.
• In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, cyberattacks, etc.).

Rccasino strives to keep its services running at all times, but temporary outages may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. rccasino is not liable for any bets or transactions that could not be completed during such periods.

Rccasino reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Any violation of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

User-Initiated Account Closure: If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. All active bets will be settled before closure, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

Rccasino reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified in advance of any major changes via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please check this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.

Any dispute relating to these terms will be considered final at rccasino's discretion, unless the matter is referred to an independent mediator.
